This is Cecilia. She a I have been friends for over ten years. She let me do her makeover a LONG time ago when I wasn't making videos out of the makeovers. In any case she is wearing a grey on the lid and a warm crease color and a matte highlight under the brown bone. I doesn't care too for lipstick so I gave her a peachy lipgloss and a peachy blush. What do you think?
